My first professional exposure to real estate came through consulting for a mortgage brokerage. I helped transition the business into a mortgage banking model — leading the charge on business development and growth strategy. That’s where I first wrapped my data-first mindset around real estate. I saw how numbers, timelines, and execution plans could eliminate confusion and create leverage — and I’ve built my real estate approach on that ever since.
In my first year as a licensed agent, I ranked in the top 2% in Southern California, one of the most competitive markets in the country. I did it while aligned with one of the fastest-growing brokerages in the U.S. an Inc. 500 company and I did it by showing up differently.
